Terms of Service

Last updated: June 25, 2026

Welcome to CataDB, a fan-made deck builder and card browser for the Cataclysm Arcade trading card game. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The Service

CataDB lets you browse cards, build and validate decks, save decks to your account, and share decks publicly. The service is provided free of charge, on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using a third-party identity provider (Google or Discord). You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. A Google login and a Discord login are treated as separate accounts even if they belong to the same person; we do not link accounts across providers.

3. User Content

Decks and other content you create remain yours. By sharing a deck publicly, you grant other users the ability to view and copy it within the service. You agree not to use the service to upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing.

4. Intellectual Property

CataDB is an unofficial, fan-made project. Cataclysm Arcade card names, card art, and related game content are the property of their respective owners and are used here for reference purposes only. This site is not endorsed by or affiliated with the game’s publisher.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish the service in bulk for commercial purposes.
  • Use the service to violate any applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CataDB and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or decks.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to admin@catadb.com. See the Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
